Jeff Webster

President and Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Webster is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Simmons Feed Ingredients. He brings over 20 years of senior management experience to the team. Prior to joining Simmons in 2014, his experiences include serving as Chief Operating Officer for Saphire Energy, a biotech company focused on creating crude oil and animal feed products from algae as well as the Group Vice President of Renewable Products for Tyson Foods’ $500 million food ingredient, pet food ingredient, and animal feed businesses. Jeff began his career as a geophysicist with ARCO Oil & Gas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Michigan State University and is a graduate of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business Executive Development Program.


Dan Henson

Vice President of Operations

Dan Henson, Vice President of Operations for Simmons Feed Ingredients, supports the operations of wet and dry teams and leads the company in Lean manufacturing, process reliability and logistics strategies. Dan joined Simmons in 1996 and has 30 years of experience in the protein recovery industry. He lives in Gentry, Arkansas, with his wife Kathy.

Bill Barnes

Bill Barnes

Vice President of Finance

Bill Barnes, Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Simmons Feed Ingredients, began his career at Simmons in 2001 after two years of public accounting experience. His roles and responsibilities have included accounting and operations within the Feed Ingredients, Custom Processing, Dry Pet Food and Energy industries.  His team’s focus is on providing accurate and timely financial information that can be used as a tool to make better business decisions.  He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.   


Robert Ames

Vice President of Partnerships

Robert M. Ames, Vice President Partnerships for Simmons Feed Ingredients, leads identifying, negotiating, closing and commercializing relationships and businesses with strategic partners. Prior to joining Simmons in 2016, he held business unit management, business development and corporate development roles with companies ranging from start-ups (Elevance Renewable Sciences, Solazyme) to Fortune 100 companies (Tyson Foods) within the agriculture, food and bioproducts spaces. He has published pieces on biofuels and national security in the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance and the Oil and Gas Journal, holds a CPA license (inactive),has a BA from the University of St. Thomas (Minn.), and an MBA from the Yale School of Management where he was a John M. Olin Foundation fellow.



Brad Johnston

Vice President of Sales

Brad Johnston is the Vice President of Sales for Simmons Feed Ingredients where he leads the sales efforts for rendered meals, fat, Pro*Cal and Sensora. Prior to joining Simmons, Brad spent 22 years in the poultry and meat industry, including feed ingredient sales. He lives near Tontitown, Arkansas, with his wife Daina, son Jace, and their dog Drake.



Dr. Ken Wilson

Director of Technical Services

Dr. Ken Wilson serves as the Director of Technical Services for Simmons Feed Ingredients. He is responsible for technical support and research and development at the customer, academic, and allied levels. He is passionate about the feedlot, dairy, rendering, and pet food industries to advance and improve the perceptions of feed ingredients, processing technologies, and such synergies to the end user. He lives in Gravette, Arkansas, with his wife, Jennifer, and two children Kennedy & Paxton.


Dan Ramsfield

Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory

Dan Ramsfield is the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory for Simmons Feed Ingredients division where he leads the quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.  Dan has over 33 years experience in the food and poultry industries having worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Campbell Soup Company and Tyson Foods, Inc.  Dan graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Food Science and Technology.  Dan lives with his wife Donna in Siloam Springs Arkansas along with their rescue dogs, cats and horses.


Mayuresh Mantrawadi

Senior Manager of Margin Optimization

Mayuresh Mantrawadi is the Senior Manager of Margin Optimization for Simmons Feed Ingredients, where he manages production scheduling, supply-demand planning, and facilitates interdepartmental communication to optimize margin. Mayuresh earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University, and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Supply Chain Management) from Oklahoma State University. He lives in Bentonville, Arkansas, with his wife Irina, and son Neel.
